Center for Human Rights and Justice (CHRJ) signed an MOU with Awan Law Associates (ALA) to provide a framework of cooperation and facilitate collaboration between the parties in areas of common interest.
Mr. Sameer Iqbal Awan Advocate of the Lahore High Court and Managing Partner of ALA visited UMT and signed the MOU on behalf of ALA.
CHRJ and ALA agreed to cooperate in highlighting and initiating Law suits, Public Interest Litigation, Human Rights Violations and Domestic Abuse issues. ALA also agreed to provide a platform to the students/ volunteers of UMT and CHRJ where they can get involved in case-preparations and litigation.
CHRJ hopes that the endeavor will be a successful one and public at large will benefit from it.
