About CHRJ
Law, human rights and Justice are fundamental institutions of the basic structure of society, therefore it is imperative that every institution of higher-learning has a dedicated team which actively researches in the field of law, justice and human rights.
The Center for Human Rights and Justice (CHRJ) is an important enabling mechanism for achieving our vision of inspired learning and our mission of leading. The Centre is integral to the academic missions of the university and it is led by experienced faculty/staff and students. The Centre carries out cutting-edge research in Human Rights, International Law and Refugee Law.
The team explores and seeks answers to legal questions and their effect on Human Rights which present themselves in the international arena, at our borders, on our media and in our Parliament.
